When you ask for help, you are asserting your desire for help and insight, along with your willingness to accept it. Asking for the specific kind of help you desire focuses things, making an answer more likely and increasing your sensitivity to whatever form that answer may take whether direct internal messages, or signs and whispers in your outer world.

Asking questions provides a starting point and serves as both catalyst and framework. You are likely already asking questions internally in your day-to-day life, though probably not in the conscious, directed fashion that brings answers. Do half-conscious questions and requests like these run through your mind, “I wish I knew just what to do here”, or “Is this job really right for me?”, “I really want some help with this!”, and so on. If so, you are asking for intuitive guidance and perhaps receiving answers, yet are not really in a receptive state, making you numb and blind to the responses you do receive.
